2012 - 2016
GENERAL
The first big step towards greater things. Whilst getting my Bachelor's degree in Law, I was active as a student representative both within my faculty and in university-wide committees. Maybe too many committees? As you can see, it took me four years to obtain my Bachelors instead of three, but I'm glad I persevered.
2012 - 2014
Starting my first week in my first year at university, I became the student representative of law students (in Dutch: jaarfacultair). I was a spokesperson for the students and a go-between between students and professors. It also gave me a seat at the 'POC Rechten' (see below).

As a member of VRG Onderwijs I took student representation to the next level. was a Student representative of Law & Criminology students, Member of the Board of the Faculty of Law, Member of the ICT-Commission of the Faculty of Law, Member of the ‘Studentenraad KU Leuven’, Vice-chairman of the ‘Facultair Overlegorgaan van de Rechtenstudent (FORS)

2016 - 2018
During my Master years, I specialized in penal law and tax law, combining the Master of Law with (the theoretical part of) the degree in Education of philosophy and social sciences.
MASTER OF TAXATION KU LEUVEN
2018 - 2019
After completing my Master's degree in Law, I chose to further specialize by obtaining an advanced Master in Taxation (cum laude).
During this year, I also helped others take their first big steps by becoming a PAL-tutor.
